A 21-year-old college student presents to the health service after experiencing palpitations that lasted for 1 hour. They occurred while he was out drinking with friends, and he thought the palpitations were related to heavy alcohol intake. When the palpitations continued upon returning to his dorm room, he decided to go to the health service. However, upon presentation the palpitations had resolved. A 12-lead ECG was obtained.
