ECG Challenge: A Cardiac Patient With Slow Heartbeat and Fatigue

A 34-year-old man with a history of atrioventricular (AV) nodal reentrant tachycardia and treated with a beta-blocker and verapamil presents to the emergency department with fatigue and a slow heart rate. A 12-lead ECG is obtained.
