ECG Challenge: Fast Heart Rate in Patient With RA

A 49-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis visits her physician for a routine evaluation. She does not have any symptoms, and her arthritis is under control. Her heart rate is noted to be elevated, and a 12-lead ECG is obtained.
