ECG Challenge: Abnormal Telemetry Before Cholecystectomy

A 45-year-old woman is admitted to the hospital prior to an elective cholecystectomy. The night before surgery, she is in the bathroom and suddenly a nurse runs in to check an abnormality on her telemetry. The woman tells the nurse she is feeling fine and has no symptoms.
