Do You Trust the CDC and FDA?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC's) latest guidance on what fully vaccinated people can do safely — including not socially distancing and not wearing a mask indoors or outdoors unless other regulations require it — have been widely misinterpreted and caused confusion, experts have said.

Decisions from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) during the pandemic have been critiqued as well, such as some Emergency Use Authorizations for COVID-19 treatments issued last year.
