Introduction
It is an honor to be given the opportunity to reflect on my 30+ year career as a geriatric clinical pharmacist and discuss some of the research I have conducted with the considerable support of my mentors, colleagues, and mentees. Below I will describe my early, mid-, and late career research activities addressing the area of drug-related problems in older adults. I will conclude this article by providing my hopeful thoughts about the future of geriatric pharmacy practice and research.
