How Do You Deal With Anti-Mask Patients?

February 17, 2021

Studies have shown that wearing a face mask is effective in preventing the spread of COVID-19, and many governments worldwide have implemented mask mandates.

One study that analyzed COVID-19 data for cases and related deaths during an 8-month period in 2020 found that nearly 130,000 lives could be saved by the end of February 2021 if 95% of Americans complied with regulations on wearing masks. However, the investigators found that as of September 22, only 49% of Americans wore masks in public.
