ECG Challenge: Did COPD Cause This Man's Irregular Heart Rate?

A 56-year-old man with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) is admitted to the hospital with a COPD exacerbation. His oxygen saturation is very low and he requires intubation. His heart rate is noted to be irregular. An ECG is obtained.
