Conclusions

In conclusion, the improvements in the Optetrak Logic design are correlated with our findings of improved patient score data for the patellofemoral joint. Implant design changes at the patellofemoral joint could be related to the results that we found in Kujala score in the Optetrak Logic group, which appeared to be better than those with the Optetrak PS group. Thus, patients treated with Optetrak Logic could have better patellofemoral functionality. Nevertheless, we must clarify that the results were not statistically significant between the two cohorts.
