ECG Challenge: Abdominal Pain and Diarrhea in a Heart Disease Patient

A 72-year-old man with a history of hypertension and coronary artery disease presents to the emergency department complaining of weakness, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. His physical examination is unremarkable. An ECG is obtained.
