Rhode Island oncologist Don Dizon, MD, worries about his daughter. She is starting college and plans to move to campus and live in a dorm.

"I have made no secret of my concerns for her safety. I've even told her she should attend virtually this fall. It is my job to do everything I can to keep her safe," he writes in a Medscape commentary. "As her parents, we've decided that we will accept her choices."
