Conclusion

NSAID, but not aspirin, use before colonoscopy was associated with a 46% lower risk in PCCRC-3y risk. As NSAIDs are associated with potential adverse effects, further studies are warranted to identify the subgroup of patients who will benefit more from NSAIDs after considering the risk-benefit profile.
