      What's Wrong With This Patient's Eye?

      A 27-year-old patient presents with a chief complaint of a bump on her left upper eyelid, which she first noticed 3 days ago. The bump is tender upon palpation and is accompanied by redness and tearing that is becoming more severe. Upon examination, the bump is located within the lash line.
