A total of 5 patients underwent local flap reconstruction of lateral breast defects between the years 2016 and 2017 by a single surgeon in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at University of Louisville in Louisville, KY. A rhomboid flap, a bilobed flap, or a rotational flap was utilized. Table 1 delineates patient demographics and characteristics.
