ECG Challenge: Teen With His First Seizure

A 17-year-old boy is admitted to the hospital after suffering a seizure at home. He has never had a seizure before but has had episodes of lightheadedness and presyncope. While being monitored on telemetry, he complains of lightheadedness, and the recording from telemetry is presented (Figure 1).
