Stakeholder Involvement and Peer Review

The draft document and supporting information was made available to the BAD membership, British Dermatological Nursing Group (BDNG), Primary Care Dermatological Society (PCDS), British Society for Dermatological Surgery (BSDS), British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), British Medical Laser Association (BMLA), colorectal surgeons and a microbiologist for comments, which were actively considered by the GDG. Following further review, the finalized version was sent for peer review by the Clinical Standards Unit of the BAD, made up of the Therapy & Guidelines Subcommittee (T&G), prior to submission for publication.
