ECG Challenge: Her Annual Physical Is Normal, Except the ECG

A 65-year-old woman with a history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia, both controlled with medication, presents to her cardiologist for a yearly physical examination. The examination is normal. A routine 12-lead ECG is obtained.
