The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has announced new new indicators for use in general practice for patients with diabetes. NICE says the new indicators, which focus on the management of diabetes, will help identify which people with diabetes will benefit from the tightest control. It will also support the drive towards more personalisation of care.
