Conclusion
Dermatological manifestations in POTS are varied but common. In this case and review article, we have identified three common cutaneous findings in patients with POTS. It is crucial that physicians have a detailed understanding of dermatological autonomic manifestations. This knowledge can help support a diagnosis of POTS. Furthermore, treatment of autonomic dysfunction may improve the dermatological manifestations in some patients. Further research defining underlying pathophysiology and clarifying incidence and treatment strategies are planned.
