Special Circumstances

There are special circumstances, such as trial of labor after Caesarean, uncontrolled DM and women with previous shoulder dystocia, which require decision-making on an individual basis. Physicians should take into consideration EFW, gestational age and other obstetrical parameters and, most importantly, a thorough discussion with the patient should be held.
