A 10-year-old white girl presented to the hospital with a chief complaint of a fall while riding her bicycle. The patient reported that while she was riding, she got off balance and the bike handle hit her abdomen. Since then, she has experienced 4-5 episodes of nonbilious, nonbloody vomiting. No loss of consciousness was reported.
