Case Presentation
15-year-old female ballet dancer.
During a routine dermatology examination, this healthy patient inquired about the soft, flesh-colored papules on her heels (Figure 1). She noticed them several weeks ago while practicing ballet, and also noted that they are more pronounced while she is standing. The papules are asymptomatic.
Multiple, soft, flesh-colored, asymptomatic papules along the lateral aspect of the heels bilaterally.
None were obtained.

Leiomyomas
Granuloma annulare
