  • Respiratory insufficiency
  • Other air leaks (eg, pneumomediastinum, pneumothorax, pneumopericardium, pneumoperitoneum, subcutaneous emphysema [rare])
  • Massive air embolism
  • Chronic lung disease of prematurity
  • IVH
  • Periventricular leukomalacia
  • Death
