Hepatobiliary disease is one of the most common extraintestinal manifestations of Crohn disease and its therapies. Hepatobiliary manifestations include the following:

  • Primary sclerosing cholangitis

  • Autoimmune hepatitis

  • Granulomatous hepatitis

  • Portal vein thrombosis
