Vitamin B-1 (ie, thiamine) toxicity effects may include the following (single acute toxicity is rare):

  • Tachycardia

  • Hypotension

  • Cardiac dysrhythmias

  • Headache

  • Anaphylaxis

  • Vasodilation

  • Weakness

  • Convulsions
