The CDC reported that reported past-year cocaine use in 2018 by race/ethnicity, as a percentage of the population, to be as follows [1] :

  • Black - 1.8%
  • Hispanic - 1.9%
  • American Indian or Alaska Native - 1.9%
  • Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander - 1.6%
  • Asian - 1.4%
