Answer

Answer

The 2013 guidelines recommended transfer for angiography after fibrinolytic therapy for cardiogenic shock or severe acute heart failure irrespective of time delay from MI onset; failed reperfusion or reocclusion, and as part of an invasive strategy in stable patients with PCI between 3 and 24 hours after successful fibrinolysis.
