  • Blurred vision and floaters
  • Absence of symptoms of anterior uveitis (ie, pain, redness, and photophobia)

The presence of symptoms of posterior uveitis and pain suggests one of the following:

  • Anterior chamber involvement
  • Bacterial endophthalmitis
  • Posterior scleritis
