Daily aspirin is recommended for overall cardiovascular care. In addition, the following agents have shown promise in the management of peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD) and may be considered:

  • Pentoxifylline

  • Clopidogrel

  • Enoxaparin

  • Cilostazol

  • Simvastatin
