The following is the pathologic stage with the corresponding 5-year survival rate for radical cystectomy plus pelvic lymph node dissection and negative nodes:

  • pTa-pT1 - 85%-100%

  • P2 - 63%-83%

  • P3 - 17%-58%

  • P4 - 0%-59%

  • Node positive - 10%-30%
