  • Hematoxylin and eosin stains for amorphous material
  • Kappa and lambda light chains
  • Beta-amyloid A4 protein,
  • Transthyretin
  • Beta 2-microglobulin
  • Cystatin C
  • Gelsolin
  • Immunoreactivity with antiamyloid AA antibody
