  • Preceding fever
  • Arthralgias
  • Arthritis
  • Myalgias
  • Abdominal pain
  • Diarrhea
  • Melena
  • Hematochezia
  • Cough
  • Hemoptysis
  • Sinusitis
  • Parasthesias
  • Weakness
  • Hematuria
