Answer

Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) may be effective by interfering with ANCAs and thus inhibiting ANCA-mediated neutrophil activation. [88] Good results were reported in a study of 22 patients with AAV given IVIG as an adjunct to immunosuppressants and/or glucocorticoids. [89]
