Neurologic features include the following: [19, 16, 22, 23, 24]

  • Headache (50-70%)

  • Visual disturbance (16-35%) - Strong association with common carotid and vertebral artery disease

  • Stroke (5-9%)

  • Transient ischemic attacks (3-7%)

  • Seizures (0-20%)
