For a vasculitis workup, perform the following studies:

  • Complete blood cell count (CBC) with differential
  • Metabolic panel
  • Serum creatinine
  • Liver transaminase and serum alkaline phosphatase studies
  • Urinalysis dipstick and microscopic evaluation of sediment
  • Cryoglobulins
  • Viral hepatitis panel
  • Antinuclear antibody (ANA)
  • Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)
