Three of the six following clinical features are necessary for diagnosis:

  • Bilateral auricular chondritis
  • Nonerosive seronegative inflammatory polyarthritis
  • Nasal chondritis
  • Ocular inflammation
  • Respiratory tract chondritis
  • Audiovestibular damage
