Signs of sleep disorders include the following:

  • Hypertension (which can be caused by sleep apnea)

  • Disturbed coordination (which can be caused by sleep deprivation)

  • Drowsiness

  • Poor concentration

  • Slowed reaction time

  • Weight gain
