  • Smoking (78% in men, 90% in women)
  • Asbestos exposure
  • Radon exposure
  • Halogen ether exposure
  • Chronic interstitial pneumonitis
  • Inorganic arsenic exposure
  • Radioisotope exposure, ionizing radiation
  • Atmospheric pollution
  • Chromium, nickel exposure
  • Vinyl chloride exposure
