The most common finding in patients with cervical cancer is an abnormal Papanicolaou (Pap) test result.

Physical symptoms of cervical cancer may include the following:

  • Abnormal vaginal bleeding

  • Vaginal discomfort

  • Malodorous discharge

  • Dysuria
