Osteoarticular manifestations can include the following:

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Flexor tenosynovitis
  • Scapulohumeral arthropathy
  • Spondyloarthropathy
  • Lytic bone lesions
  • Bone cysts
  • Pathologic fractures - Caused by amyloid deposition within joints, intervertebral discs, and tendon sheaths [12]
  • Musculoskeletal deformities
