Answer

Answer

Most antibiotics used to treat community-acquired aspiration pneumonia (eg, beta-lactam/beta-lactamase inhibitor) are highly effective against oral anaerobes. For aerobic lung abscesses, clindamycin or moxifloxacin is preferable. [83, 84, 85, 86]
