The classic clinical triad of retinochoroiditis, cerebral calcifications, and convulsions defines congenital toxoplasmosis. Other findings include the following:

  • Hydrocephalus

  • Microcephaly

  • Organomegaly

  • Jaundice

  • Rash

  • Fever

  • Psychomotor retardation
