  • Asthma or exacerbation of preexisting obstructive pulmonary disease

  • Pneumonitis

  • Respiratory failure, [33] acute respiratory distress syndrome (ASDS)

  • Alveolar hemorrhage

  • Pleural effusion

  • Granulomatous lung disease
