The incidence of coccidioidomycosis outside of the Western Hemisphere is extremely low, but cases (primarily imported from California, Arizona, and Mexico) have been reported in the following countries:

  • The Netherlands [24]

  • France [25]

  • Poland [26]

  • Germany

  • Japan [27]

  • China [5, 28]

  • Australia [29]
