What is a presentation of cat scratch disease (CSD) with fever?

CSD may present as fever of unknown origin. In a series of prolonged fever without a source, CSD was one of the most common diagnoses. [40] Adenopathy may not be present. Abdominal pain may be the initial finding, along with fever, in hepatosplenic CSD disease.
