Answer

Answer

EHE tends to occur in middle-aged adults. In an early series of 14 patients by Lin and colleagues and in a subsequent review by Zhang et al, the vast majority of patients with epithelioid vascular tumors of the pleura are male, with a mean age of 57 years. [40, 41] This contrasts with epithelioid vascular tumors of soft tissue, which have no sex predilection, and EHE of lung or liver, in which women are predominantly affected.
