Allergic reactions typically comprise maculopapular rash and/or urticaria without fever or hypotension. Anaphylactic reactions manifest as follows:

  • Dyspnea
  • Wheezing
  • Anxiety
  • Hypotension without fever
  • Bronchospasm in severe cases
