Answer

Answer

Perform a urine analysis upon entry into care and at ART initiation or modification and monitor every 12 months (or every 6 months in patients on tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or tenofovir alafenamide). More frequent monitoring may be indicated in patients with evidence of kidney disease.
