alfuzosin-342870">Alfuzosin and silodosin are contraindicated with all protease inhibitors (PIs) because of expected elevation in blood levels of these alpha-adrenergic antagonists. Coadministration of tamsulosin with PIs is not recommended. Doxazosin and terazosin should be started at the lowest dose and titrated while monitoring for clinical response/toxicity.
