Under the WHO-EORTC classification system for cutaneous lymphomas, primary CD30+LPDs represent a wide spectrum of disease, with lymphomatoid papulosis (LyP) at the benign end of the spectrum and primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell (PC-ALCL) lymphoma at the malignant end. Borderline lesions lie somewhere in between, with overlapping clinical and histopathologic features. [82]
